A colourful kaleidoscope of music, dance and display, featuring the stirring sight of the Massed Pipes & Drums, the inspirational sound of the Massed Military Bands, and a whole host of dancers and performers from across the globe. Set against the dazzling backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, the Tattoo is enjoyed each year by some 220,000 visitors, while an international television audience of around 100 million watch the highlights. The 2021 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo runs from 6- 28 August.

For the safety of our guests, we are implementing social distancing measures for 2021. To do this, we are opening a reduced capacity arena. See website for details
